Since 2018, we’ve served awe-inspiring food through three main channels, Wedding and Event catering (our largest), Phat BOi’s Kitchen (a customer favorite), and by popular demand, Private Chef services

In 2003, Chef Blake became a Certified Executive Chef after completion of culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California. His first restaurant preparing for was at The Bayou Kitchen in Temecula, California where Chef Blake would make a name for himself by introducing customers to his signature “Money Sauce”. Bringing his experience and expertise with him everywhere he goes, Chef Blake has mastered the art of service and looks to inspire the next generation of culinary spirits.
